Responsibilities:
• Organize & administer activities in accordance with the goals of an established program
• Implement and advise on process and work to streamline & ensure project goals are achieved
• Coordinate program activities, resources, and information from within Global Mobility & with external partners
• Monitor progress and raise any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate on a regular cadence with associated partners
• Create and maintain documentation, plans and reports
• Develop & conduct ongoing training for associated programs as needed
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and management to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
• Assist in the development and delivery of additional program activities as needed by Global Mobility

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years related work experience
• Proven experience in program management – preferably in Human Resources
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Proven experience managing detailed processes and follow up
• Understanding of project management
• Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of talent acquisition or global mobility
• Understanding of immigration processes and legal requirements
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple deliverables
• Highly capable as an individual contributor, at the same time comfortable being an engaged team member
• Strong communication skills, ability to summarize findings clearly and concisely
• Deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Computer competency with Microsoft Office products
• Energetic self-starter, strong work ethic, and integrity
• Available for occasional weekend work in order to support updates; after hours work in order to support time zones
• Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
